Established in 2004, Shenzhen Reflying Rubber & Plastic Products Factory is a professional manufacturer and exporter of cases for Apple's iPhone and iPad made of silicon, PC and TPU. We have three factories covering 5,000 square meters housing 400 workers operating nine production lines with a monthly capacity of up to 150,000 cases, depending on the material.
We have been working with a raw material supplier for seven years. They offer us very low price and arrange payments at year-end. They also procure some main materials according to our forecasts early during the year to avoid increased raw material costs. Aside from them, we have steadily cooperated with nine other suppliers for three years.
We have three engineers with 10 years' experience from Taiwan and 10 QC personnel with six years' experience who conduct tension and abrasion tests ensuring RoHS, CE and SGS approval.
